You only have to enter the map and then you can exit straight away. Load into a new map for each time period. It should be clear of enemies but if you used shift to get up the hill to avoid the mines, you might need to destroy them on your way back down. Return straight back to the tunnels following the same route you came in on. Use that machine and have your slab abilities taken away. A turret was next to it if that helps with reference. Once its clear, go to the door on the right hand side (from where you came in) of the rooftop and there is a machine to the right of the door. I would recommend killing everyone here as there are guys next to the machine you need.
